Founder
Richard Harris is a funeral licensee who graduated in 1995 from Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in Atlanta, Georgia.
Richard completed his apprenticeship under the leadership of Joe Dickens, owner/director of Dickens Funeral service of Tarboro, North Carolina.
Upon completion of his apprenticeship Richard began pursuing his dream of becoming a funeral home owner/director in the town that he had grown up in. With this achievement Richard returned to Zebulon.
Richard's desire was to be able to offer the people "a choice", recalling the fact that since the beginning of time mankind has always had free will to make "a choice". The construction and dedication of this funeral home establishment has made this choice possible for the eastern Wake, Johnston, Nash and Franklin Counties, and surrounding areas.
"The praise, honor, and glory goes to God for allowing this dream to become a reality. All that this funeral establishment is or ever hopes to be, I owe to almighty God.
Thanks to each of you that have searched the web, called to or upon, visited the facility, or offered kind words of encouragement, and even to those that have offered constructive criticism, in order to help me become the best funeral home director that I can be, I truly thank you."
Sincerely,
Richard Harris
